Cerberus is a mythical creature in Greek mythology. It is commonly portrayed as a multi-headed canine protecting the gates of the underworld. In some myths, Cancerbero has three heads, while in others it can have a maximum of nine separate heads. The term "cancerbero" is also used to refer to a vigilant and unrelenting sentinel.
